Scafall Architectural Repricing

Our new pricing for architectural work is a response to a broader market correction. As Second Life’s Premium memberships and weekend sales have reshaped what buying a home means in the store ecosystem, the value of houses has shifted. At the same time, many peer creators and competitor stores have lowered their prices, creating a new baseline for what feels fair and aspirational.
We approached the repricing as a tiered, architectural exercise rather than a simple discount. Each house was evaluated through a balance of material technology, scale, and design. While full PBR integration carries significant weight, it acts as a foundation that works in tandem with a build’s layout and footprint rather than a rigid rule for the highest tier. This is why a larger home might sit in a different bracket than one more highly specialised and why certain design-forward pieces are priced to prioritise their unique spatial experience. This approach is meant to fairly reflect each house’s overall artistic and experiential impact, rather than letting shifting technical standards overshadow or diminish their true worth.
