The Evening in Spring collection is a study in glass; I wanted to pair luminous refractions with the delicate floral softness of the season. To complement this, I chose polished metals for the plate and tray to better capture the light reflecting off the bakes.
█ LAVENDER WINE SPRITZ
Chosen for its floral-citrus aroma and light, crisp profile, Loureiro is the perfect base for this set. During the packaging process, I discovered that Calvelo, our sim’s name, is actually a wine region in Portugal! When combined with lavender liqueur, lemon juice, and sparkling water, this cocktail offers elegant floral notes for a relaxing way to wind down.
█ CUCUMBER GIN SPRITZ
The choice of Spiced Gin over a traditional dry gin introduces a broader botanical profile that anchors the drink. These spice notes serve as a structural foundation for the elderflower’s floral sweetness and the crisp neutrality of the cucumber juice.
