Khatt خط (Arabic) meaning: line, and the name given to the art of calligraphy.
House Khatt was conceived as a single, deliberate stroke: a monolithic fin that draws light through a series of skylights, giving rise to a sequence of spaces arranged in a linear progression beneath. Full-height glazing opens towards the lap pool, whose reflective surface draws the gesture back to the fin’s point of origin. With an uninterrupted sense of privacy along one edge, the home strikes a balance between seclusion and expression, remaining at once introspective and confidently restrained.
